a full glass

January was a crazy ride. A roller coaster of a month.

Some days I could not get past the feeling that 50 sounded so old. Thoughts of regrets, failures, and unmet expectations, tempted me to see my glass as half empty.

But most days I was blessed beyond words by family and friends, who celebrated with me and expressed their love to me in the most creative ways. My glass is so full it’s overflowing!

Today I am ready to move on… past me. Desiring to share the love and kindness that I have so freely been given.
